Eternal Chibi-Moon

Its official!!!! I suck at drawing hands @o;;
Anyway, Its been some time since I used this coloring style, so I decided to use it again. I think it looks pretty good, except maybe for the light pink dress...and her hand...they look...crappy x.x
But I am pretty pleased with the outcome =3
